Your privacy.

Enquiries and student accounts

Contact and admission information is used to handle your request and reply. Ninja Forms stores submissions in WordPress and emails them to the school office; a confirmation is sent to your address. Avoid providing medical or other sensitive details that are unnecessary for your enquiry. Account and learning information is used to manage access and training, separately from website analytics.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics 4 is blocked until you accept analytics. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website. Use the “Analytics preferences” button to change your decision. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage for six months. Successful-form measurement sends only a form identifier, enquiry type and language, without field answers. This integration disables advertising features and excludes signed-in users, search pages and selected student-access pages. Google processes measurements, which may be processed outside Switzerland.

Other services and your information

Necessary WordPress login/session cookies, Google reCAPTCHA and external embedded services operate separately from this Analytics preference. The website is hosted by Infomaniak. Authorised school staff and technical providers access information as needed to operate the relevant services. Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, admission, account or training and applicable administrative requirements. Contact the school office to ask about your records or request access, correction or deletion; some information may need to be retained to meet administrative or legal obligations.
